Laboratorio digital · Puerto Rico

Q Labs Digital takes an idea, a business problem, a product, a world, and builds the complete solution: the software, the design, the automation, and the care that keeps it running.

Dispatch platforms Browser worlds Native apps Storefronts Automation 3D & WebGL Brand & media Product demos

Every project here begins with the idea, the people involved, the current limitations, and the outcome that actually matters. From there the whole experience gets planned, built, tested in real use, and refined until the design and the function agree.

Some things built here keep a business running day to day. Others exist to tell a story, carry a sound, or try a kind of experience that didn't exist yet. The range is the point: one lab that moves between software, design, infrastructure, and creative direction without handing the project off in between.

Ohana Towing & Transport

Operations platform

A roadside-assistance company runs its whole day here: a live dispatch command center, customer request and tracking pages, automated PDF invoicing, and a native driver app that keeps every truck on the map.

  • Real-time fleet map
  • Native Android driver app
  • Automated invoicing & email
  • Offered white-label to towing companies

Run your fleet on it. The same platform, your brand.

EMS dispatch console

Emergency response

An SOS platform built to stay simple in the moments that matter: one clear call-for-help flow on mobile, and a live map console where dispatchers see every unit and every request at once. Clinical incident documentation lives in the same system, from the call to the legal paperwork.

  • Live dispatch map console
  • One-tap SOS request flow
  • Clinical incident sheets built in
  • Offered to response operations

For ambulance & response operations: dispatch, SOS, and clinical paperwork in one system.

Clinical documentation platform

Health documentation

A bilingual clinical documentation platform a real practice runs on: structured observation forms, print-perfect PDFs, digital signatures, and a review and co-sign flow that holds up to scrutiny. The incident sheet below is the real thing: legal-format, page for page.

  • Structured clinical forms
  • E-signatures & co-sign review
  • Print/PDF pipeline (ES)
  • Offered to practices & response teams

Legal-format clinical paperwork, digitized. Offered to practices and response teams.

Mentes Creativas

Education platform

A bilingual form and evaluation platform built for a real preschool: teachers fill guided educational forms, administrators review and sign them, and every document exports as the school's own Word paperwork. Student evaluations track 39 objectives across 10 development areas with semester analytics.

  • Guided forms · AI rewrite · digital signatures
  • Documents export as the school's own Word files
  • 39-objective evaluations · printable progress reports
  • Offered to schools & care centers

Your school's paperwork, digitized. Same platform, your forms.

Archivo Escolar PR

Public knowledge platform

Puerto Rico's school regulations are spread across hundreds of pages that almost nobody reads. Here a parent or a teacher describes what actually happened, in their own words and in either language, and the site returns the passage that governs it: the exact wording, the section, the page, and a link to the official document.

  • Ask in plain Spanish or English
  • Answers cite section, page and official source
  • Semantic search paired with exact legal lookup
  • Free for the school community

The same engine works on any body of documents your people need to search.

Boutique storefronts

Commerce

Handmade-goods shops with personality: content-driven pages the owner can edit, carts and checkout, and an atelier control panel with orders, inventory, and sales at a glance, built with the same care as the goods they sell.

  • Stripe checkout
  • Owner-editable content
  • Atelier admin: orders, inventory, sales
  • Offered to boutiques & makers

Your shop, your brand. Storefront and control panel, run for you.

Prototype

CUE

Product · guided photography

The lab's own product: CUE reads your pose, framing, and light live through the camera and offers one quiet cue at a time, the way a photographer would, processed privately on the phone. The editorial landing is live right here.

  • Real-time, on-device guidance
  • Privacy-first: nothing uploads
  • iOS & Android coming soon
Live

NULL_RELAY

Music · identity

The lab's own broadcast: an electronic music project shipped as one piece: the sound, the visual identity, the release site, the streaming presence, and even games made for it, like The Sky Remembers, a browser world built inside the project's universe.

  • Full artist identity system
  • Release site + streaming
  • Games made for the project: The Sky Remembers
  • Sound · visuals · web · play as one
Live

Palworld Recovery Center

For fun · public-service parody

Nobody commissioned this. That's the point. A completely unlicensed intervention clinic for friends lost to 'one more egg': a field guide of warning signs, a four-day grass-touching protocol, and an emergency hotline quiz that issues an official-ish diagnosis you can send to the patient while they're still online. Which they are. The lab takes every kind of request seriously, especially the unserious ones.

  • Interactive intervention hotline & quiz
  • Shareable diagnosis, zero medical value
  • Built for the joke, shipped like a product
Playable

Playable experiments

R&D · browser worlds

The lab's sandbox: browser RPGs, a procedural flight game, interactive 3D pages. Experiments that keep the toolkit sharp, the same tech behind the worlds on this very page.

  • Procedural art & audio

  1. Understand

The idea, the people involved, the current limitations, and what the outcome needs to be. Nothing gets built before this is clear.

  2. Plan the whole experience

Not a feature list. The full shape of the thing: who touches it, what it connects to, and what it should feel like.

  3. Build

Working software early, in the real stack, so decisions get made against something you can touch.

  4. Test in real use

On real phones, with real data, on real days. The lab trusts behavior over demos.

  5. Refine until design and function agree

The project ships when it works and feels intentional, and then it keeps getting refined.

And the lab stays reachable. Most projects come back with a next chapter. That's the plan.

Q Labs Digital is run by Xavier Soto Santiago, with twenty-plus years in IT before the lab had a name: hotel and resort infrastructure, networks, payment platforms, security. The studio is that experience pointed at building. The person who plans your system is the person who ships it, secures it, and answers when it needs to grow.

The projects that pull hardest here are the ones where technology meets creativity: interactive interfaces, immersive environments, music and media experiences, real-time visuals, games, and new kinds of digital storytelling, next to the platforms that quietly keep real businesses running.
